[Ryou's still not quite used to how fast Horatio can get around these days, so he looks a little surprised to see the door opened so quickly. Still, he's relieved.
Despite all of his puttering around in Dyster--or maybe because of it--Ryou looks very unkempt. His hair is pulled back into a low, messy ponytail and he's in his sleep clothes, which means long sleeves and long pants. Seriously, he sleeps like this.
Damningly, his collar is missing. That's so rare Horatio probably would notice, especially considering the ugly scar around Ryou's neck that he's usually hiding.]

[He says this without a smile, but his words are genuine as he lets himself be led in. The tip of his tail twitches slightly, the dark purple lighting along the length of it feeling almost...unsettled. Sad? Upset?]
