The Day and Night Gods' powers may remain, yet are insufficient. The Fog and the Fourth are bound to the laws of the world.

A capsule has been sent into the Sea of Stars. A substitute for human flesh has been synthesized. Mana the coin witch is, Saint-Germain has determined, the most powerful person in Ryslig, or the one whose powers come closest to the reality-fracturing divine power she seeks. Ideally, she'd like to learn Mana's arts. But in the meantime.....
