Please expand on the traits "sarcastic," "resourceful," "prankster," and "observant," making sure to include at least one example from canon for each. In addition, the opt out section of the application is for opting out of specific monsters in the bestiary -- please fill it out accordingly.

For starters, I apologize for misunderstanding the opt-out! I would prefer to avoid Lich, Merperson, and Slime, please.

As for the personality traits in question:

Sarcastic: Dry humor and sarcasm are some of Five's favorite ways of responding to less than ideal situations. After arriving back in 2019 and seeing his siblings for the first time in decades, he realizes they are all as dysfunctional and inept as ever. His assessment? A smirk and a wry remark: "Nice to see things haven't changed." When Luther loses his temper and flips Five off at one moment in Season 2, he wonders aloud if it's too late to be unadopted. Occasionally his sarcasm will include a word or two of Hebrew: a habit with unclear origins (though it's one he and the Handler share... one could have picked it up from the other).

Resourceful: Five survived in a post-apocalyptic future for at least twenty years. He cobbled a living out of the rubble of multiple houses, first by using a wagon to gather supplies, then upgrading to a bike and trailer when he found them, furnishing the ruins of the Argyle Public Library piece by piece. His scavenging and tinkering are not his only type of resourcefulness... He can also weaponize just about anything, turning Griddy's Donuts into a bloodbath in S1E2 with just silverware, his own necktie, and the hitmen's own weapons.

Prankster: This one started young. While fighting with the rest of the Academy, he would frequently use his powers to swap out villains' weaponry with mundane objects ("That's one badass stapler"). He also delights in telling the attendants in the Dallas Asylum that Diego is delusional when he is actually not... a prank meant to knock some sense into Diego when he is barrelling toward the wrong goal in Five's eyes. He also gets a decided kick out of using his apparent age to fool people into thinking he's harmless. Given these examples, and the fact that the other siblings mention numerous pranks played upon one another and Reginald Hargreeves... It seems safe to assume Five would have joined in on his share of the fun in his youth.

Observant: Even before his time in the Temps Commission, Five had an eye for detail (see the scavenging under 'resourceful'). But once he finally returns to his family, he is world-wise and shrewd, always looking at details or angles his brothers and sisters might miss. He spends days on a stake out outside a prosthetics factory after seeing one employee acting vaguely shifty upon leaving work. It turns out the employee is smuggling parts: something Five believes at the time may be connected to the apocalypse. In his time at the Commission, he learns the intricacies of time: how tiny events like a case of food poisoning can eventually set off the explosion of the Hindenberg. Looking for these miniscule events is second nature for him now... as is keeping an eye out for the slightest thing out of place as a sign of potential danger.
